My Name is Carmen Bolanos Maltez

I am 15 years old and in the 7th grade. I live with my parents and 4 siblings. We live in a small home, my parents don't have a lot of money and sometimes we have money for food but sometimes we don't. But we live by the mercy of God. I don't work. I study and am taking computer classes. I want to continue my education because I want to learn more and more. Also because I want to be a professional, I want to be bilangual and learn many different things. In the future I would like to be a great professional and be recognized by many Countries and have my own things. My dream is to be an educated person and I want to be able to help my parents. With the help of God, I have many dreams and I am thankful that my parents are supportive.

I live with my parents and have 4 siblings. I help my mom with the things to do around the house.

I want to continue my education because I like it and I want to have a career one day. I want to be an excellent student. In the future I would like to be someone impoartant in life and be respected for my conduct.

My dream is to be a cashier at the bank and to be able to understand mathh better.

 

 

My name is Cristina del Rosario Fletes

I am 17 years old and in the 9th grade.

I live with my Grandmother. We live inside La Chureca and it is a really horrible. I work in La Chureca going through the garbage collecting things to recycle like glass bottles, aluminum, paper and plastic bottles. I work really hard so that my family can eat.

I want to continue studying because it is really important to learn. Because when you learn you can have a job. I want to study until I have a career and I will do that as long as I have help and do my part to be able to finish.

In the future I would like to be a buisness administrator. To be able to help the buisness that I will work for. Also to help my country progress so that there will not be so much poverty.

My dream is to continue studying to be able to help my family get out of La Chureca. It's hard but with the help of God and the scholarship program I can do it.

 

My name is Daniela Yumara Castro

I am 15 years old and in the 8th grade. I live with my parents and have 5 siblings. I help around the house, sweeping, washing dishes, moping, and cooking. I do almost everything that needs to be done in the house. I want to continue studying because I want to be somebody in life. I'm not sure yet exactly what I want to be but I am thinking about it. I have a bad home situation and I feel like my parents hate me. I don't know what I want to do in the future. I don't have much time to think about it because of my home situation. My dream is that my family would love me more and that I would receive more respect from my younger siblings. Also that God would help me with my situation at home.

I am 13 years old and in the 7th grade. I live with my parents and have 3 siblings. I help out with the things around the house. My dad works. 

I want to continue studying because that is how I will be able to be somebody in life that way I can go to many countries around the world and meet any people. In the future I would like to be able to take care of my parents when they are older. Build a strudy home because ours is made out of tin. To be somebody in life, I don't want to be a drug addict or a glue sniffer.

My name is Elmer Ramon Uriza Guevara

I am 16 years old and in the 9th grade. I live with my mother and have 2 siblings. I dropped out of school a while ago because we didn't have enough money. Sometimes I would go to class without eating breakfast or lunch. My mom can't work because she has a 2 yeard old who demands her attention. 

I work collecting things from La Chureca to recycle to support my mom and siblings because my dad is not in the picture.

I want to continue studying because I want to be somebody. I don't want to be going through trash my whole life. 

In the future I would like to be a buisness administrator to be able to help my mom and siblings so that they don't have to miss meals. My dream is to help my mom and siblings to live a better life then what we are living now.

I am 13 years old and in the 7th grade. I live with my mom and have 2 sisters. My dad left us when we were young. Most od the time I am studying but sometimes I work.
